Taking care of our team is of the upmost importance to us at Deltra. From regular social events and one-to-ones to maintaining a collaborative work environment, we’re committed to ensuring that the wellbeing of our team is always a top priority, regardless of how long they’ve worked with us.
This is why we’re so delighted to announce that we have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2023 by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, and we ranked at number 28 out of 100 on their Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list for small organisations. We’re ecstatic about this result and to be listed alongside some truly fantastic businesses.
This Best Workplaces™ recognition follows on from the Great Place to Work certification we received at the end of last year. Similarly to when we became certified, receiving this Best Workplaces™ recognition wouldn’t have been possible without our team.
During the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey process, our team had the opportunity to share their honest feedback and insights on our wellbeing initiatives. Their responses were then analysed by the culture experts at Great Place to Work, which considers fundamental factors of employee wellbeing such as work-life balance and senses of fulfilment.
Thanks to their input, we surpassed the 65% threshold in the Wellbeing Index. As well as discovering our strengths, we now also have a clearer understanding of where we can make improvements to the benefit of our current team and for anyone who joins us moving forward.
After receiving the news, we spoke to our Managing Director, Minesh Jobanputra to find out how he felt about Deltra being named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing. He said:
“We’re so thrilled to have received this recognition from Great Place to Work. We’ve seen first-hand that a happy team is a more productive and engaged team, so we always strive to put our team’s wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do.
It’s important to us that our team feel heard, particularly when it comes to their wellbeing and work-life balance and this recognition shows that we’re firmly on the right tracks. However, we’re still just as eager to keep making improvements and listening to the feedback of our team.
We’d once again like to say a big thank you to our team for giving Deltra such glowing feedback on our wellbeing efforts”.
Each of us at Deltra Group are thrilled to have reached yet another fantastic milestone with Great Place to Work. But our hard work won’t be stopping there. We now have even more determination to continue making improvements to our wellbeing initiatives to make Deltra an even greater workplace for everyone.
