That’s why we’re delighted to announce that Deltra has been named in Great Place to Work’s Best Consulting & Professional Services 2023 UK list. Being named on such a prestigious list, from the world leaders in workplace culture, is a great honour and reflects all the work the team puts into creating a fantastic work environment. 

Unlike other Great Place to Work lists, this list is not ranked and combines the small and medium business categories into one group. This means rather than just competing with other small organisations; we were also competing with medium organisations for a spot. 

 Only organisations that pass the rigorous process of surveys and interviews make it to the finalised list. These surveys unpack the experiences of employees in the Consulting and Professional Services space by asking them about their day-to-day experience, as well as looking at how they experience innovation, what their company’s values are and how effective their leadership is. 

This means that Deltra is regarded as one of the top 100 small to medium Consulting and Professional Services organisations for workplace culture in the UK.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be named on the Great Place to Work’s latest list, especially one that had fewer spots available than those we’ve made it onto in the past. Knowing that our effort to create a sector-leading work culture is being recognised only helps to propel us to reach even greater heights. We can’t wait to carry over this momentum in to the new year.” 

Following on from this latest development, the team are redoubling their efforts in creating a fantastic workspace and are looking for even more ways to improve our day-to-day experiences.
