In yet another exciting milestone for 2023, we’re pleased to announce that Deltra Group has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for 2023 by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.
We’ve officially ranked at number 27 on their Best Workplaces™ list in the small organisations category. We couldn’t be happier with this result and to be acknowledged on this prestigious list for our commitment to always putting people and relationships first.
Deltra became Great Place to Work-certified™ at the end of last year and we’ve also previously been named as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing for 2023. To achieve all of these accreditations, our team’s feedback into our workplace culture has been crucial.
To compile their Best Workplaces™ list for the UK, Great Place to Work® perform rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses and Culture Audit™ submissions from the leaders at each competing company. The insights from these submissions are then used to determine the effectiveness of each company’s employee value proposition against the culture that their teams actually experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest evaluation scores are awarded Best Workplace™ status and feature on the final list.
Once again, we’d like to thank our team for taking part in this process and we appreciate all of the open and honest feedback you shared about our workplace culture. Without it, we wouldn’t have achieved yet another fantastic milestone with Great Place to Work.
After receiving the news, we spoke to our Managing Director, Minesh Jobanputra to hear this thoughts on this latest recognition. He said:
“We're incredibly proud to be ranked on the UK's Best Workplaces™ list and to be recognised once again by Great Place to Work. Since the beginning of Deltra, we knew we wanted to create a workplace that provided so much more than just attractive perks to our team.
Our goal was to create an environment built on trust and camaraderie, where our team could feel empowered whilst also being proud of where they work and the work they do. Receiving this recognition and hearing the feedback from our team shows that our commitment to creating such a workplace is paying off, but there’s still plenty of work left to do.”
This latest Great Place to Work accreditation has spurred us on to keep maintaining the positive and collaborative workplace culture we’ve created at Deltra. But we also understand that there’s always room for improvement.
To ensure that our team is always happy to be working with us, we will keep encouraging them to share their feedback so we can work together to make continuous changes that benefit everyone.
If you’d like to see the results from the Best Workplaces™ list for yourself, they will be published in tomorrow’s Guardian newspaper and in the Sunday Telegraph.
