When cloud computing services pioneers Rackspace won a substantial contract, they looked to partner with a supplier who could provide high calibre associates at volume and pace. That’s when Deltra stepped in.
The Rackspace senior team approached Deltra for a flexible resourcing solution after winning a considerable contract with a telecommunications powerhouse. Overnight the demand for growth within their Transition and Transformation departments multiplied exponentially and we were tasked with growing the headcount across programme management, comms, service management, and client management.
To support with this aggressive growth, Rackspace needed access to fully vetted talent for long-term engagements at short notice.
