Tackling the glass ceiling, one mentoring relationship at a time
Having hosted a number of successful events where we’ve explored the unique struggles felt by women in the transformation space and looked at how to overcome them together, Deltra Group was compelled to do more to drive positive change in the industry.
We decided to take our quest for more diverse leadership to the next level and turned discussion into action by launching our mentoring programme for women. Deltra wants to actively help the next cohort of senior female transformation experts reach their goals by pushing past gender bias and breaking through those glass ceilings.
As part of our new mentoring programme we’ll be connecting female mentees with senior men and women from different sectors. Mentees can expect second to none guidance to inspire their personal development and growth while reaping the rewards of learning from other industries they wouldn’t otherwise have exposure to.
1. Enrol as a mentor or a mentee
You’ve been carefully selected to join our mentoring programme.
This initiative is all about sharing knowledge and helping female mentees to unlock their potential with the help and guidance of mentors. Enrol by speaking to a member of the Deltra team to get started.
2. Meet your match
We hand pick every mentor and mentee involved in the scheme, so you can rest assured that only the most talented people are involved. Once you’ve been enrolled into the programme, we’ll match you with a mentor or mentee who we think you’ll work well with.
3. Hold regular sessions
From there you can begin your mentoring journey. We’d expect both parties to agree to spend a minimum of 3 hours together per quarter, although you’re more than welcome to exceed this if this is something that you’re both happy with.
