Process Improvement Manager

Do you have experience of leading a team of Process Improvement Consultants? Are you an expert in delivering cost-savings through measures outside of headcount reduction?

My client, a leading Utilities organisatoin, are looking for a Process Improvement Manager to deliver efficiencies across their Customer Operations departments.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 5 Process Improvement Consultants
  • Strategic operating model redesigns, end-to-end business streamlining and operational performance improvement
  • Facilitating discussions with business leaders and coaching them through continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of:

  • Line management coupled with a willingness to be hands-on with workshops
  • Proven investigative and analytical skills through Lean Six Sigma techniques
  • Extensive business process analysis and design
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior managers
