Are you an experienced recruiter looking to move into an internal role? Do you enjoy the energy of working in a recruitment consultancy but want to focus on hiring people for one organisation and be able to play a part in delivering business strategy?
Deltra group is a growing business with a niche focus around Change Management and Business Transformation recruitment and we are looking for someone to work with our Senior Leadership Team to help identify more great Recruiters and Billing Managers to join the business.
It’s a varied role with lots of potential. We started the business in 2010 and we've worked hard to bring on board like-minded people who care about doing a great job but have the entrepreneurial flair needed to be a successful recruiter. We have big plans to grow significantly in the next three years and we need people who want to develop with the company and enjoy the journey with us.
What you’ll be doing:
You already know what it takes to be a great recruiter because you've worked with them and probably are one yourself.
You will manage attraction processes and undertake headhunting and direct recruiting activities to attract/build relationships/promote the Deltra brand to experienced recruiters, people working in commercial sectors outside of recruitment with transferable skills and graduates.
You will work closely with team managers to agree on sectors that are of interest; map out competitors and co-ordinate activities to ensure we are reaching out effectively across a range of markets and maintaining on-going contact with relevant individuals.
You will co-ordinate hiring campaigns, conduct interviews and maintain records associated with internal hiring.
You will be working with our marketing team to ensure our attraction activities are the best they can be, taking initiatives from ideas through to completion.
What you’ll need:
We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm who has enjoyed working in recruitment, loves headhunting and is looking for a new challenge.
We want you to come armed with ideas – how can we do things better; how can we open up new opportunities to start a conversation and engage with people? We aren't just looking for someone to do what has always been done but someone who wants to make their mark and is ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
Recruiting recruiters is a challenging role so you will still need the drive, resilience and interest in people that are required in any recruitment role.
You will need to be open to working flexibly as we are a busy, growing company. You won't only be at your desk but will be organising and attending off-site events, meeting / calling people outside of standard office hours when required (we will be flexible in return) and co-ordinating assessments.
