Programme Manager

Kennington 65K - 75K Permanent

We are working on an existing Programme Manager opprtunity with one of our health care clients. Reporting to the Programme Director, the Programme Manager will oversee delivery across governance, finance, risk, information technology, communications and stakeholder engagement. This is a 2 year fixted term contract paying between £65,000 -£75,000 and requires 1 day a week in their Kennington office.

Key responsibillities:

Managing interconnected projects and workstreams.
Develop and maintain the programme plan.
Supporting the design and implementation of the statutory barring system, including regulatory policy, rules, standards, guidance, technology and business processes.
Establish effective delivery and control frameworks.
Manage risks and dependencies, and produce high-quality reports for senior leaders, committees and external oversight groups.
Engage with regulators and professional bodies.

Key requirements / What we look for:

An MSP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience managing complex, technology-enabled programmes and multiple projects.
Experience of PMO functions and turning around struggling programmes.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, reporting and organisational skills.
Knowledge of recognised programme and project management methodologies, Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365.
Ability to work within a legislative framework would be desirable.
