We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst. This role is a 6 Months Contract that requires 3 days a week in the offices in London.

- Turn complex editorial and business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- Document current and future workflows to support process improvements.
- Improve multimedia production processes, from ingest and editing to storage and distribution.
- Ensure fast, secure, and compliant delivery of news and sensitive content.
- Act as the link between editorial (non-technical) and technical teams to keep projects aligned.
- Run workshops, gather feedback, and support change to help teams adopt new tools.
- Assist with implementing media systems Production Asset Management (PAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), and Content Management Systems (CMS) to support the full content lifecycle.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure systems meet the needs of global news teams.
- Strong understanding of multimedia content workflows, including ingest, editing, storage, tagging, and distribution.
- Familiar with broadcast systems, streaming platforms, OTT services, and social media tools.
- Skilled in process modelling (e.g. BPMN) and Agile tools such as Asana and GitHub.
- Clear communicator, able to explain technical ideas to non-technical teams and highlight the value of change.
