I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Business Analyst opportunity. This is a Permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their London offices.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in professional services.
- Background in Legal Services or Consultancy is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Familiarity with business process modelling, requirements gathering techniques, and agile delivery methods.
- Analyse business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, run stakeholder interviews, and create high-quality documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Support project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact of changes.
