Change Manager: ADP Payroll Programme

Global Pharmaceutical company seeks to attract an experienced Change Manager who understands the people impact and provide training workshops, learning videos, manage communications and lead the business readiness group.
The change management specialist will directly contribute to a successful implementation of the new payroll system ensuring that change networks and super user communities are formed, leaders lead the change in their teams, engaging communication is created to engage all stakeholder and change recipients and ultimately, we get the ROI from the implementation of this new system.
The scope of the project is global, complex with many stakeholders:
Payroll vendor consolidation (ADP implementation in 31 countries, 36 entities, 23 providers)
- Requirement for transfer file of Time Tracking (TT) & Time and Attendance (T&A) from Workday to payroll.
- Payroll data optimisation in Workday (Gap Analysis between payroll and WD to keep WD up to date and accurate).
- Global/Regional payroll process development and improvements.
- Integration of Workday and local Payroll systems.
Change Management experience including developing change management; strategy, design of interventions and implementation
Strong understanding of ADP
Strong understanding of Workday products either/or HCM or Payroll Certification
Strong analytical experience and an ability to understand many different global payroll processes
Payroll migration working cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels
Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy, including in a remote working situation. Ability to clearly craft and articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders and audiences. Sound ability to formally present to senior stakeholders.
Strong consulting skills e.g., presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating, and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers.
