As the BA you will be responsible for, conducting Gap analysis of the following billing and payment capabilities within the CRM platform and creating To Be requirements for:
- Direct Debit
- Monthly billing
- Credit control
- Billing communication
This is a critical project for the business and as such to be considered for this role you will be a BA who has worked and has a proven track-record in the Energy Retail sector or have worked in the Utilities sector on high profile end to end business process mapping relating to a billing programme.
