What are your main responsibilities?
I manage the Property and Construction desk at Deltra Group. This involves consulting candidates and clients throughout the industry, overlooking both contracting and permanent.
What drew you to recruitment?
Every day is so different in recruitment. From the fast-paced environment to constantly meeting new people with different backgrounds, recruitment gives me kick knowing that I am making a difference in someone’s life whether that is helping them achieve a goal within their project or landing their dream job.
What do you like about working at Deltra Group?

What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?
Travelling to new places, festivals and gigs and spending time with friends whether that coffee dates or beer gardens.
