What are your main responsibilities?

As a consultant working within Deltra's delivery team, I support our clients with finding the right candidates for the job. This involves building, creating, and nurturing relationships with both our clients and candidates.

What drew you to recruitment?

Recruitment seemed like the right fit for me as it is very people-facing, and I enjoy meeting and speaking to people from all walks of life. I also like the fact that it is very rewarding, fast-paced, and competitive.

What do you like about working at Deltra Group?

I love the culture at Deltra. It’s not often that you find a company as encouraging and nurturing as Deltra, and I like the fact that everyone is willing to go the extra mile for each other and help out where they can.

What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?

Playing sports and exercising
Catching up with friends and exploring different places
TRYING to cook new dishes.
