What are your main responsibilities?

I’m part of the IT team within Deltra, and I head up our European Division.
I focus mainly on cloud and infrastructure placements within the BENELUX Region for both payroll and contract experts.

What drew you to recruitment?

I come from a family of recruiters, so when the opportunity arose in my 2^nd year of university for a 180 internship, it seemed like a no-brainer. The more I worked, the more I fell in love with the high-paced environment, as well as the chance to speak to and meet such a wide range of people. Being the person who helps someone find the perfect new position for them or the person who’s called to help a business with their next expansion is really satisfying for me.

What do you like about working at Deltra Group?

I really enjoy the collaborative working environment, which is quite different from a lot of other agencies. There’s also a big focus on having a relationship with the specialists and firms we work with rather than the process being entirely transactional. This makes the entire process both respectful and enjoyable.

What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?

Eating good food
