What are your main responsibilities at Deltra Group?

I am the joint Managing Director and am responsible for managing the growth and development of the business- as well as a number of key client accounts and senior relationships.

What drew you to recruitment?

I was drawn to the recruitment industry as I wanted to work in a meritocratic environment that was centred around working with people. I also wanted to work in a sales environment that was fast-paced, exciting and where I could spend time out of the office meeting clients and building relationships.

What inspired you to start Deltra Group?

Having come from a family of entrepreneurs I always wanted to set up my own business and build something from scratch. I was also enthusiastic about creating a work culture where people would be successful whilst feeling at home with their colleagues. Seeing the business develop since 2010 has been very rewarding and a lot of fun.

What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?

Spending time with my two children is what I like to do most. I am also a keen tennis player and have recently taken up golf.
