What are your main responsibilities?

I head up the IT/Technology function here at Deltra. Building out verticals across the sectors within both permanent and contract.

What drew you to recruitment?

The harder you work and the smarter you work the more you’re rewarded, very few jobs can offer that along with autonomy to build a desk and control your own career growth.

What do you like about working at Deltra Group?

When I joined, the team were so welcoming, I knew from that moment I’d joined the right company. The company have created a mature culture that focuses on the level of service we provide to our partners on both the client and candidate side – and not on hitting superficial KPIs for the sake of it. The 2pm Tea Darts is the icing on the cake though!

What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?

Watching West Ham (they often lose but the occasional win is a treat), facetiming my dog is a weekly highlight, and there’s nothing better than getting family and friends together to eat too much BBQ and drink a few too many beers
