What are your main responsibilities?
I work in a 360 role with two key components working with clients and candidates:
- I partner with leading media clients to understand their resourcing needs to source interim consultants for their transformation agenda.
- I enjoy building relationships with high calibre candidates to support them in finding their next role.
What drew you to recruitment?
I was drawn into recruitment by the autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment that places relationships front and centre.
What do you like about working at Deltra Group?
I enjoy the collaboration on desk with my colleagues and the focus on sharing candidates.
What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?
- I enjoy travelling and learning about new cultures.
- I enjoy watching live sport – I am big AFC Wimbledon football fan and avidly follow rugby union (London Irish, Highlanders and All Blacks).
- I like to attend comedy nights.
