The team at Deltra Group is delighted to announce we’ve moved up into the Silver Tier on the Institute of Interim Management’s Interim Service Providers List for 2021. This is a huge honour as the IIM’s annual survey and supplier list is an incredibly important resource for the interim community.

The IIM is a fully independent organisation dedicated to providing senior level interim managers with valuable career insight and support. The IIM survey has been in operation for 12 years and has gained a reputation for becoming every board-level contractor’s must-have guide. It explores contractor confidence in the market, issues around IR35 and enables them to have a say on who's doing a good job in the industry via the Interim Service Provider Rankings.

Having risen up the rankings from Bronze Tier in 2020, it just goes to show what an amazing team we have here at Deltra Group and how going above and beyond for our network is just the standard people have come to expect from us. After what has been a turbulent year for so many due to the pandemic among other factors, it’s rewarding to be recognised for the levels of service we’ve tried so hard to uphold.

From setting up our fortnightly video calls for Directors to give us all a platform to connect and share learnings during lockdown, to keeping our roundtable discussion event series going in digital format and pressing on with our mentoring scheme – Deltra has done a lot to try and support our connections during this difficult time.
