As part of our commitment to Deltra’s continued growth and development, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve welcomed a new member to the team. We’d like to introduce you to Helen Lovering, our new Director of Financial Services Transformation.

As Director, Helen will be leading our financial services team, with an aim to partner and provide constant support to our existing client base during their transformation journey, while also identifying new markets and opportunities to start new client relationships.

She joins the Deltra team after spending the past nine years working for a large global agency in Sydney, Australia, where she headed up two teams covering all role types in the Transformation space. The clients that her and her team partnered with were in financial services, commerce and the public sector.

We caught up with Helen to find out what she enjoys most about working within recruitment and what goals she’s striving to achieve in her new role as Director. She had the following to say:

“The thing I enjoy most about recruitment is building and nurturing strong client and candidate relationships. I really like when you have contractors that continuously work with you throughout their career because you’ve taken the time to get to know them and build a relationship with them.

In my role as Director, I want to help build and nurture our communities in the project and change management space, specifically within financial services. To achieve this, I want us to be hosting regular events and roundtables and making sure we have good processes in place to keep in touch with everyone.”

At Deltra, we’re passionate about putting relationships back into the recruitment process. With Helen on board as a Director, we intend to continue investing time into fostering the existing partnerships we have and providing support during integral periods of change. We also want to maximise our client base by looking for opportunities to reignite relationships that might have fallen off our radar.
