The team at Deltra Group is delighted to announce that we have been nominated for the Sonovate Best Client Service award at this year's TIARAs. It is a tremendous honour to be recognised for our services and the relationships we have with our clients, and the hard work that goes into upholding our service standards.  

The TIARAs is an annual recruitment award campaign, with the aim to reward recruitment companies that provide exceptional client and candidate services. The event welcomes senior recruitment leaders in the UK celebrating mutual growth and innovation, while recognising the top performing recruitment companies. 

The Sonovate Best Client Service award acknowledges the collaborative nature of our work and the quality of our ongoing client partnerships. It is especially rewarding to be included in this category, considering that the team at Deltra Group has always prided themselves on having close relationships and outstanding communication with our partners.  

Building strong, long-standing relationships is at the heart of everything we do, and our focus on delivering the best possible service has always been one of our most prominent values as a business. It is extremely fulfilling to be recognised for this by the TIARAs. 

The nomination serves as a testament to the hard-working, high calibre team we have here at Deltra Group. We work hard to ensure our clients feel valued, from hosting regular partner meals, to delivering networking events where clients and candidates can discuss key industry topics; it’s part of our DNA to go above and beyond for those we work with.

The winners of the 2022 TIARAs Recruitment Awards will be revealed on the 19th of October 2022, during a gala dinner at The Brewery in London. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring the team together and celebrate all the hard work we have put in this year, alongside all the other deserving nominees.
