Deltra Announced as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women 2023™

We’re thrilled to announce that Deltra Group have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ in 2023 by Great Place to Work®. Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture and we’re thrilled to have been recognised on the list.

Having secured a place in the top 75 of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women 2023 for small organisations; we’re delighted to be acknowledged for our commitment to inclusivity and equality by such a notable and internationally renowned organisation.

To compile the list, Great Place to Work carried out several stages of data collection and rigour, before analysing the figures to see which organisations came out on top. For the Women’s list, the vast majority of its weighting (85%) is based on what women report about their experiences in the workplace.

These questions can range from whether colleagues trust each other to whether they feel like their workplace gives them the necessary support to achieve their full potential. They also see if a woman’s identity has any bearing on their experience as well as general information on the effectiveness of leaders and the organisation’s values.

The last 15% of the list’s weighting is based on how well-represented women are within a workforce and more specifically, whether they hold management positions.

Only organisations that achieve high results in all of these areas make it onto the published list.

We’d like to take this time to thank everyone who took part in the process and those who freely and openly shared their experiences. Open and honest feedback is the most effective way for us to continue pushing for the best work, environment and culture possible. Without this, we’d never be able to achieve such a great milestone with Great Place to Work.

“We're incredibly proud to be ranked in the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ list and to be recognised once again by Great Place to Work.”

Said Deltra’s Director, Helen Lovering.

“Since the inception of Deltra, we knew we wanted to create a workplace that provided so much more than just attractive perks to our team. Our goal was to create an environment built on trust and camaraderie, where our people would feel empowered, whilst also being proud of where they work and the work they do. Receiving this recognition and hearing the feedback from our team shows that our commitment to creating such a workplace is paying off, but there’s still plenty left to do.”

With this announcement we’re even more determined to maintain our high standard and are looking forward to pushing for an even better result next year.

We’ll use this opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to open and honest dialogue within the Deltra team to ensure that we continue to push forward and improve.

If you’d like to see the results from the Best Workplaces for Women™, they will be published in today’s Elle Magazine, or you can find them here.
