2024 Salary & Engagement Survey

After a year full of twists and turns where we saw the resilience of digital transformations and business change on full display, we wanted to get to the bottom of how the job market is responding to recent challenges. We surveyed project, programme, IT and change professionals inside and outside of our network to gain valuable insight on:

  • Salary and day rate trends and benchmarks
  • Engagement and job satisfaction statistics
  • How IR35 continues to impact the contract market
  • Industry insights and breakdown of sector trends
