Training Lead
London 500 - 550 Contract
Our client, a technology company, is transforming the way it manages opportunities, creates quotes and moves orders through to fulfilment and billing. We are looking for a Training Lead to take hands on ownership of business user training across the programme on a 12-month contract. You will shape how colleagues learn the new ways of working, from the first release and through the releases that follow.What the job entails:
- Map the end to end Opportunity to Order journey by role, identify training gaps and decide which existing materials to keep, adapt or rebuild.
- Develop and deliver the training plan, including a joined up curriculum and self serve learning approach.
- Work with process owners, subject matter experts, data stewards and technology teams to build and validate content.
- Track training readiness and completion across the business.
- Use learner feedback and completion data to guide reinforcement activity.
- Experience leading business user training for technology enabled change.
- Experience delivering CRM, CPQ or ERP roll-outs across multiple countries, including taking over in-flight work.
- Salesforce CRM/CPQ or quote to order experience.
- Instructional design and self serve digital learning experience.
- Ability to coordinate subject matter experts and content builders while remaining hands on.
- Strong influencing, decision-making and delivery skills, and comfort working in ambiguity.
