Technical Project Lead - Real Estate
London 600 - 667 Contract
We're partnering with a leading global luxury brand to appoint a Technical Project Lead to own critical Real Estate technology platforms at a key stage of their lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills. You'll lead occupant-facing and smart building applications through UAT, go-live, hypercare (ELS), and into BAU, ensuring successful delivery, stability, and long-term ownership.

This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills. You'll lead occupant-facing and smart building applications through UAT, go-live, hypercare (ELS), and into BAU, ensuring successful delivery, stability, and long-term ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical delivery and governance for Real Estate applications
- Lead UAT, defect triage, go-live planning and hypercare activities
- Manage application handover, stabilisation and operational readiness
- Assess technology feasibility and guide solution decisions
- Manage technical risks, debt and platform sustainability
- Lead technical project delivery across Real Estate initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Facilities, Workplace Services and external vendors
- Drive change management, adoption and business readiness
- Provide governance, reporting, documentation and roadmap planning
- Technology Owner, Application Owner, Technical Project Lead or similar background
- Experience delivering applications through UAT, go-live and hypercare/ELS
- Smart Building, Workplace Technology, Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate experience
- Strong understanding of:
- IoT technologies
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Occupancy analytics
- Building or workplace applications
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Strong project delivery and governance capability
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum experience
- Change management qualifications or practical experience (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent)
- Global or multi-region delivery experience
- Enterprise architecture, platform rationalisation or technology governance exposure
- Knowledge of ISO27001 and GDPR environments
