Business Analyst
London 40K - 50K Permanent
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive operational excellence and process improvement across our organisation. You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and deliver data-driven solutions, operating across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies with a strong Lean/continuous improvement focus. This is a home-based role, with regular national travel to work directly with stakeholders and teams on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across the project lifecycle, defining needs, outcomes, costs, benefits, and KPIs
- Partner with Operations, Central Functions, and project teams to turn business challenges into evidence-based requirements
- Analyse and redesign processes to reduce waste and support smooth system/practice integration
- Manage requirements through the full lifecycle - documentation, sign-off, and change control
- Evaluate proposed solutions against strategic goals, flag risks and dependencies, and make recommendations to decision-makers
- Maintain the quality of analysis deliverables against recognised standards (e.g. BABOK)
- Champion best practice within the BA team; manage the BA work plan and priorities
- Maintain traceability from strategy through to delivery to ensure benefits are realised
- Stay current with industry BA standards, tools, and techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience across complex technology - and process-led transformation initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
- Highly organised, analytical, and able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Collaborative, resilient, and improvement-minded
- Proficient in MS Office and BA tools (e.g. Visio)
- Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent) qualification
- Experience in diagnostic imaging/radiology service improvement
