Senior Legal Project Manager

London 90K - 100K Permanent

Our client, a large legal organisation is looking to hire a Senior Legal Project Manager. It will be supporting the Litigation & Dispute Resolution (LDR) division. Reporting to the Head of Legal Project Management, you'll work across multiple practice groups combining strategic project management with deep eDiscovery expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage matters – plan and deliver select LDR matters on time and within budget, keeping teams and clients aligned.
Manage budgets – prepare budgets, track spend, and report on fees and pricing.
Lead on eDiscovery – advise on strategy and workflows, liaising with eDiscovery providers (Relativity or similar).
Manage client relationships – act as the main point of contact, keeping clients informed and confident.
Collaborate with Legal Technology – help embed tools and drive continuous improvement.
Support innovation – contribute to the firm's innovation programme and mentor trainees.
Share best practice – help develop firm-wide LPM standards and support the wider team.

Requirements:

Proven legal project management experience, with a litigation/dispute resolution focus; experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery principles and practical experience with platforms such as Relativity.
LPM-specific qualification, or a recognised Project/Change Management qualification.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior international stakeholders.
Comfortable working with data and systems, translating complexity into clear insight.
Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
