Deltra is working with a global technology organisation is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to provide governance, reporting, and delivery oversight across a multi‑integration M&A portfolio. This role is essential in ensuring consistent PMO standards, cross‑programme visibility, and a controlled path to final integration closure.
Contract duration: 6 months
Day rate: £500 - £550 a day (outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a unified PMO operating model across all integrations.
- Enforce governance, stage‑gates, RACI, and reporting standards.
- Produce consolidated weekly/monthly portfolio reporting.
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate cross‑integration dependencies and resource impacts.
- Manage portfolio financials, forecasts, and variance reporting.
- Define and track Hypercare exit criteria and lead closure activities.
Essential Experience:
- PMO Lead experience within M&A or complex integration environments.
- Proven ability to manage PMO across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong governance, RAID, reporting, and financial control capability.
- Experience with Hypercare and operational handover.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and producing exec‑ready materials.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in PMO/project delivery roles.
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMP, or hybrid delivery models.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) desirable.
