One of the UK's most recognised Utility companies is going through a period of significant growth as well as driving a number of transformation initiatives delivering a significant contact centre transformation programme. As such they are looking to secure a talented Solution Architect to join them initially for a 6 month contract role.
As a Solution Architect your main role will be defining technology road-maps and reference architectures as well as performing Architecture Impact Assessments for technology within the domain
As this role will be supporting a contact centre transformation programme, you must have a demonstrable background working with Contact Centre and Omni-Channell capabilities such as web-chat and Email.
This role represents the opportunity for a talented Solution Architect to work very closely with the Programme Director, as well as the Head of Customer Services a variety of Operational leaders to drive what is perceived as one of the top three programmes for this well known Utility organisation. Represents a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to customer and the customer experience provided to them
