Our client is looking for an experienced HR Data Migration Analyst as part of a newly formed HR Operations team and HR Project team.
The HR data analyst will initially play an important role in the HR change programme of work, to implement a new HR system and outsource payroll. They will support the establishment of process, data migration and technology implementation. Specifically:
- Assisting with the implementation of new HR system and processes, including the migration activities from the existing Workday HR system to the newly procured HR system.
- Assisting the migration from the existing in-house SAP payroll to the new outsourced payroll provider.
The implementation activities have recently started and are due to run to end of 2021, when the role emphasis will shift to embedding and administering the new BAU operational activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to take part in shaping processes and technology for a new organisation of 700 people.
An ideal candidate will have solid experience in a HR data or system analyst role and hold a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a related degree.
It is highly beneficial to have direct experience of data migrations, analysing and cleansing large amounts HR and payroll data
