We are working with a large client who is seeking Business Analysts with extensive knowledge of the Insurance sector to join their business. In turn you will be working on key assignments being run with their own clients and be seen as the go to and considered to be the marker for what an exceptional Business Analyst looks like.

- Digital customer journey and experience
- Smart underwriting
- Digital claims
- Data as a service
- IT Operating model design
- In-depth Insurance knowledge and practical experience is essential
- Demonstrable experience working with Third parties / Clients
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of business analysis principles, tools and methodologies.
- Experience working within a General Insurance or Broker business
- Experience leading and developing a team of BAs would be beneficial
- Ability to influence Roadmap decisions with external clients
- Ability to lead BA’s on quality and direction when it comes to solving the client problems while also ensuring to meet deadlines
- Strong/confident communication skills at all levels
