One of the UKs leading Utility companies has just kick-started a programme to implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning across the entirety of its Field workforce, scheduling and planning teams. This is both a technology and business change programme and is a 2-3 year programme worth circa £50million.
Part of the programme requires them to ensure that the communication and engagement strategy is in place to ensure that every stakeholder impacted both internal and external third parties are informed and ready to receive the change.
The role will involve some of the following duties:
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to build and deliver content to support engaging employee change communications to drive clear understanding and buy in of WFM.
- Creating content to embed key messaging at programme & portfolio level aligned to overall company Purpose, priorities and Values.
- Aligning communications with wider business communications internally and externally.
- Take responsibility for the delivery of the Change Network activities, linking in with the Change, Learning and Programme leads to develop and execute the plan
This is an exciting opportunity to really shape, create and drive the communications agenda for this large piece of work and will suit individuals who have a proven track-record leading the engagement and comms agenda specifically for Salesforce Service Cloud deployments. Due to pressure on formulating the right team only those who have worked on Salesforce Service Cloud roles will be considered at this point.
