What are your main responsibilities at DelTra?

I look after the financial services desk covering project and change across the industry, building lasting relationships and bringing in vacancies for our network.

What drew you to recruitment?

Having worked in recruitment for a number of years, I've always liked the relationship building side. There's lots of variety and no day is the same, there are always new challenges to overcome and it's very rewarding. On top of that I feel I'm always learning something new every day.

What do you like about working at DelTra Group?

I love the people, they’re brilliant. The team is so friendly, welcoming and warm. They truly set themselves apart in the market by building proper relationships and making a real difference in their industries with the events they run.

What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?

I love music and enjoy socialising with friends, I'm also partial to watching Manchester United play.
