Throughout her career, Lisa has successfully overseen a variety of complex and challenging projects. Lisa has orchestrated a data driven, award winning change transformation programme across 6,000 colleagues globally, to upskill and create a common approach for data driven decision making & results.  She has centralised marketing landscapes including technology & operations across 5 verticals and 100+ business units, resulting in operational cost savings and improved marketing effectiveness.  She has defined and implemented new operating models combining data and platforms to deliver specialist knowledge, training and adoption with tailored support across platforms, systems and data.  Lisa has also led successful change programmes for data governance across multiple divisions, resulting in cross divisional decision making and unlocking significant commercial value. Additionally, Lisa has directed the delivery of a marketing transformation and change management programme consolidating multiple marketing websites, social strategies and CRM, gaining alignment from 150+ stakeholders across 3 major verticals on time and in budget.
