Lee is a Chartered Accountant, independent consultant and interim professional with almost 30 years’ commercial experience, including 10+ years at Board level and 8 years as Finance lead for two extensive ERP implementations.

Lee specialises in Transformation (including ERP implementations) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects, covering all aspects of the deal process from valuation and vendor due diligence to CMA approval and post deal integration. Sell side clients include Nisa and Yorkshire Water. Buy side clients include Mitie group PLC (LSE: MTO) and Thompson Contracts (Blackpool).

With a broad spectrum of experience including Utilities (Wholesaler and Retailer), Facilities Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, Biotech and B2B sectors, Lee’s clients range from PE-funded to FTSE250, and from Entrepreneurial to UK Regulated.

Recent assignments include successfully concluding the acquisition of Interserve FM by Mitie group PLC as Interim Head of M&A, and launching 2 large transformation projects at Castle Water as Interim Head of Financial Transformation.
