What are your main responsibilities at Deltra Group?

I am the Manager of FMCG, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare – I manage Interim, SOW Consultancy & Permanent Search/Selection

What drew you to recruitment?

Two main things – the people side (supporting, coaching and facilitating career moves for technical people) the business side (a great way to learn how industry works and how to be effective in business)

What do you like about working at Deltra Group?

They are a specialist firm with a strong network and good footprint within the transformation space. Also, I specifically wanted a role where I could lead a practice.

What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?

Reading, hiking, and eating good cuisine.

What is your personal motto?
