Graham Pottie

Graham has experience of leadership in a number of areas. Graham is a cybersecurity professional, an accredited Programme Director and a qualified accountant. He has held a number of Director and Board roles and is very comfortable managing strategic conversations based on organisational value, resilience and sound appropriate governance.

Graham has led the programme implementation of a national cybersecurity defensive capability and the contract delivery of a multi-national supply chain secure authentication system. He has also run the UK’s Premium Rate telephony business working with broadcasters, service providers, regulators and operators – and got the results into Ant and Dec’s ears before the end of the programme!

Graham has always focused on the delivery of the required outcome in detail, capability, culture or profit target. Graham’s transformation experience includes planning the transition of a scientific organisation from a single site facility to a multi-site, automated, resilient capability as part of a critical national capability. He has also led the board programme for the UK’s Smart Meter hub to define a sustainable, resilient and commercially sensible future. 

Graham has worked with a combination of Waterfall and Agile project management styles and tools and brought stakeholders at all levels on the journey, even when client organisations have suffered traumatic disruption to ensure that the required capability was delivered.

Outside of the office, Graham enjoys family, occasional golf, open water swimming, supporting London Scottish RFC and travel.
