Georgia is a seasoned business change and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience across various industries. Georgia delivers corporate strategy by building and executing large transformation portfolios & programmes >£100m. She is an approachable & high-performing individual with a track record for successfully building high-performing teams from scratch, organizational problem solving & getting things done. Transparent, pragmatic & collaborative approach.

Industry agnostic, with a core skill set developed within the industry & transferable across sectors & cultures (Telecoms, e-commerce, retail FMCG, digital media). Georgia has experience working for some of the world’s largest brands, e.g. Amazon. Front & back-office. Commercial & strategic acumen. Excellent stakeholder management at all levels through pressured political environments.

Most recently, she has defined & is now executing a FTSE50 divestment/merger, with a particular focus on People & culture, ensuring the business operating model, organisational design and all HR transformation enablers are in place to realise the business strategy, along with a positive colleague experience from Day 1 and beyond.
