David is a transformation and operating model specialist with more than 25 years’ experience across property, financial services, retail, hospitality and other service businesses. He helps leadership teams turn strategy into practical change, designing the structures, processes and accountabilities needed to improve performance and support growth.
Most recently, David held executive roles at LSL Property Services as Group Business Improvement Director (CTrO), Chief Operating Officer and Transformation Director. His earlier experience includes senior operational, digital and change roles at Costa Coffee, alongside consulting assignments with Pret A Manger and other PLC, private equity-backed and founder-led organisations. He combines a board-level perspective with hands-on delivery and a track record of leading change in complex, multi-brand environments.
