David Gibbons

David has over 35 years of global experience as a senior business leader (CIO/CTO/COO), and executive/career coach, primarily in the Technology, Digital and Operations functions. He has coached senior executives, managers and professionals across multiple functions and industries, while also working in those areas. Has a proven track record in developing and implementing technology, process and organisational improvements, while also ensuring they are sustained moving forward.

He is experienced at operating in both permanent and interim board level positions across a number of industries and sectors including: Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Utilities, Retail, Telecoms, Media, Publishing and Online Recruitment & Services. He has worked for many global brands, such as GE, Nike, BBC Worldwide and NBCUniversal in C-suite level roles. Over his career, David has also lived and worked in 5 different countries across 3 continents, giving him a strong perspective on the cultural challenges in global organisations.

David’s passion is around people and organisation development, leveraging his coaching skills to drive change in an organisation in a way that is both understood and embraced, providing a greater opportunity for change that sticks.
