What are your main responsibilities at Deltra Group?
Collating business data and gaining insight from it to help us make informed business decisions and improve process (beneficial for both us and our candidates/clients!).
What drew you to recruitment?
I’ve been working in the recruitment industry for a decade so I have a lot of experience in the area.
What do you like about working at Deltra Group?
I like how mature and collaborative the working environment is – everyone is always more than happy to go that extra mile to help each other out and with a smile!
What are your three favourite things to do when you’re not at work?
I have a young family so spending time with my wife and little boy is my favourite thing to do!
Eating – I love food! Sharing big meals with family and friends.
Anything football related – playing football, watching football, reading about football, playing Fantasy Football!
