Project Manager

Reading 45K - 50K Permanent

My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing Digital Delivery Team. Candidates with experience of delivering Customer Experience of Contact Centre transformation projects would be highly beneficial.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the project is delivered on-time, in-scope and in-budget by bringing all the SMEs together.
  • Leading the planning of the project and aligning this to the wider business strategy.
  • Engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate support for the project.

They are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate experience of:

  • Experience of delivering ITIL, SAS, infrastructure and applications projects
  • Liaising with contact centres and other stakeholders in customer service
  • Building and presenting business cases, and an ability to promote the value of this to others.
  • Working in a customer-focused and/or highly regulated industry.
