Are you a Process Improvement Specialist with experience of working in customer service? My client are looking for Continuous Improvement executives to deliver an improved customer journey.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Experts in customer service and contact centre operations
  • Understanding of process improvement and change frameworks (for example lean six sigma, Kanban)
  • Delivering tangible benefits that have been delivered across customer service divisions

They are keen to speak to candidates with experience of:

  • Process Mapping and Improvement through tools such as automation
  • Driving efficiency's in customer service including reducing costs, complaints and customer contact
  • An operational background, ideally in customer service

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and build up a brand of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have access to McKinsey training plans and boot camps as part of their development plans.
