Change Communications Manager

A global marketing and advertising organisation, one of the world’s largest and well-respected brands, is hiring a Change Communications Manager to join their internal chnage communications team that works across the business to deliver change communications. This role will be critical in supporting the business which is undertaking a multi-year global transformation program driving operational change across people, processes and technology.  
This is the ideal role for an experienced Communications Manager who has worked in fast paced global organisations and wants to play a critical role in developing and delivering a global communications approach, working closely with our global markets on local execution. You will work closely with the leadership team deliverying strategic comms, experience working in large global companies is essential. 
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and delivering change communications programs that engage and motivate colleagues at all levels, including strategic and corporate communications, in highly matrixed global organizations. Key Accountabilities
  • Develop internal change communication campaigns in support of the service line’s transformation programmes
  • Launch and facilitate the adoption of new models, tech and initiatives with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Support on positioning, branding, PR, thought leadership and external communication efforts, including website admin
  • Develop global best practices and internal communication strategies for all markets and work with them to ensure consistent roll-out
  • Create and lead campaigns to build employee culture, pride and engagement
  • Develop an employee engagement strategy which ensures smooth integration and onboarding of new teams and employees
  • Drive strategy and cadence for employee all-hands, staff meetings, executive meetings and other internal events
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communications campaigns
  • Write and evaluate critical, often complex communications and develop messaging frameworks to support media and PR campaigns 
  • Coordinate and actively collaborate with the dentsu international and dentsu Media Global marketing and communications teams
  • Content and site management across global sharepoint collaboration and resource platforms
  • Lead in developing and executing the global communications approach, plan and toolkit for the roll-out of initiatives
  • Work closely with markets on localized execution of communications campaigns used to drive engagement and adoption
  • Enable operations-focused change through clear, aligned, timely and compelling communications, change and engagement activities
  • Create clarity in uncertainty and effectively target employees and stakeholders, who may be impacted in different ways
  • Unpick complex messaging and write compelling content used to drive engagement and understanding, including video, internal social campaigns, articles, sites, apps, presentations, events and toolkits.
  • Execute and manage communications using a creative and innovative multi-channel approach
  • Actively collaborate with members of the wider network Operations teams (including senior Global leaders) in delivering against strategic objectives and to ensure consistency, integration and effectiveness
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communication campaigns to improve short- and long-term strategies
  • Develop a strategic narrative to drive consistent and compelling story telling across the organisation
Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in change communication and engagement in a large, global organisation
  • Experience in launching internal models and products preferable
  • PR and branding experience
  • Strong strategic skills for building frameworks and assisting executives in developing programs
  • Developing successful communication programs at a global organization via a multi-channel approach
  • Traced record of developing successful internal communications programs on time and to budget
  • Stellar written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interpret complex information
  • A innovative and creative approach in the curation and delivery of communications
  • Proven expertise in all aspects of communications using a multi-channel approach, particularly digital e.g 0365, SharePoint, Teams, Stream and newsletter clients
  • Track record of working with complex subject matters and in translating business strategy into consistent and compelling communications
  • Strong strategic skills for building frameworks and assisting executives in developing programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage senior executive teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in research and analysis exercises to deliver an insight-driven approach, with a healthy focus on monitoring and measurement
  • Excellent skills in Powerpoint, able to produce creative, engaging and high-quality communications.
