Role & Context

Our client, a global B2B Media organisation is looking for a Content Training Specialist on a 3–6-month contract.
This person will play a key role within the Technology function by proactively creating, delivering, and continually optimising engaging and rich training content for global Marketing, Sales, and Service groups.
This role will focus on producing fresh and lively content based on analysing business and system processes, learning user-friendly software functionality, and collaborating with various teams internally.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and deliver training project plans based on upcoming product releases
  • Design, develop, organise and maintain content tools and learning platforms
  • Work with and manage a variety of content types - written, images, video, webinars, etc.
  • De-mystify complex ideas and software through clear, simple, and engaging content
  • Research, interview, and collaborate with subject matter experts
  • Organise, plan, and deliver energetic pieces of training for internal users
  • Partner with project teams to plan new content based on upcoming product releases
  • Analyse and track training efforts then proactively pivoting to increase user adoption
  • Be an SME for Salesforce products and LMS platforms
  • Identify training user personas and build content to create success in their roles
  • Be the champion for your team's content by promoting and monitoring adoption, sentiment, and retention
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of training and enablement
  • Have a high level of creativity, flexibility, and ability to drive change across a variety of teams and internal environments
  • Create continuous improvement methods by providing feedback and new request tools
Qualifications & Skills
  • Content management experience
  • Software, sales, service or equivalent training experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in e-learning, multimedia, and content management tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including proven written and editorial expertise with an eye for detail
  • Analytical and process-oriented
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable training from one-on-one to large groups, online and in-person
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and respect deadlines
  • Image and video editing skills is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
