Programme Manager (Sales/ Emerging Markets)Up to £700/ dayLondon/ Remote working12-month contractInside IR35 Role My client, a global technology organisation is recruiting for a programme manager to lead multiple business-related projects/ programmes from feasibility to implementation as part of a large sales transformation programme. This will leverage large cross-functional teams to design and set up new businesses and related infrastructure in emerging markets touching all areas of the organisation.
Responsibilities - Autonomously manage projects of varying scale and complexity
- Lead cross-functional teams with consultative direction from management
- Identify and clarify cross-functional business requirements
- Review business requirements, ensure clarity and establish expectations for services requested
- Facilitate process development and clarification across functions to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resource and cost
- Anticipate issues and manage risks
- Help prioritise team activities and drive resolution of issues/dependencies across all areas
- Effectively communicate status and issues to team members, management and other stakeholders
- Manage governance process of projects/ programme globally
- Coordinate activities of others associated with the project, including supervisors and individual contributors

Experience - Sales transformation experience would be highly desirable for e.g emerging markets or sales channels would be highly desirable
- Management consultancy or “big 4” background/ experience would be highly desirable
- Experience in project and programme management
- Planning and execution skills and ability to achieve results in an ambiguous environment is a must
- Led cross-functional teams for e.g. Legal, Tax, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Service and Support
- Understanding of Sales / Distribution models and /or Retail environment
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of a commercial & technical nature in a matrixed environment
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large scale projects on-time with consistently successful results while working cross-departments and time zones
