Product Owner/Business Analyst - E-commerce Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global and growing IT organization in a high performing team with a supportive and collaborative culture. As the E-Commerce Consultant role, the ideal candidate will have experience as a Product Manager/Business Analyst, ideally acting as a Consultant with a hybrid role working as Business Analyst/Product Manager on B2B SAP Hybris applications (e-commerce). B2B e-commerce and SAP Hybris experience are essential.
The innovation team is responsible for process standardisation across the group and the continual refinement and optimisation of the operating model to adapt to business need. In addition, you will proactively develop market leading and innovative propositions that the sales force can take to the market.
Skills and Experience
  • Must have experience as a Product Manager/Business Analyst, ideally acting as a Consultant with a hybrid role working as Business Analyst/Product Manager on B2B SAP Hybris applications (e-commerce)
  • Ideally worked in a Scrum team on a global e-commerce application (SAP Hybris), managed user stories and sprint readiness for new features.
  • Strong technical understanding of e-commerce application (SAP Hybris), able to lead requirements definition through collaborative sessions with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, technical architects
  • Detailed knowledge of various e-commerce solutions
  • Technical knowledge of B2B e-Business solutions (marketplaces, inbound/outbound EDI flows, etc.)
  • Significant experience in projects and pre-sales, and overall responsibility for the provision of conceptual services to support the client in the development and implementation of electronic procurement strategies
  • Able to analyse requirements and break down stories given business needs and current system capabilities, documenting them as user stories in Jira
  • IT generalist: comprehensive understanding of technology in all IT-relevant specialist areas
  • Experience in the technical management of project teams
  • Basics of Xml and Html languages and Photoshop
  • Practical knowledge of project planning and management methods
  • Ability to work in a team and influence stakeholders at all levels in matrix organizations
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Wider knowledge of SAP
  • Commercial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, with proven track record of working in a challenging commercial environment

Responsibilities
  • As the E-Commerce Consultant role, you will have significant experience in projects and pre-sales, and overall responsibility for the provision of conceptual services to support the client in the development and implementation of electronic procurement strategies
  • Presentation of project results and concepts to the customer's IT management; management of project meetings with IT management of the customer
  • Implementation of the project controlling; responsibility for compliance with the scope of services of the entire specialist team; management of measures in the event of technical problems or additional services arising outside the scope of the contract
  • Timely preparation of project-related documentation according to customer specifications and company standard, specification of structures for documentations
  • Responsibility for successful project completion taking into account customer satisfaction, quality, efficient performance, project profitability and project acceptance
  • Provision of consulting services to customers with a focus on evaluating requirements for electronic business transactions and to implement them in solutions
  • Presales support to help conclude unique demands and integrations will require the support of e-business consultants
  • Building material that can be used by sales and the BDM function to position our system offerings correctly
  • Technical management of the departments and technical resources involved
  • Quality assurance of the project results and documentation to be prepared
