One of the UK's most iconic Utility brands will be embarking on a significant transformation journey. They will be looking for a very talented group of Training Leads to help spearhead the change and training agenda to ensure the sucessull embedding of Salesforce Service cloud across the entirety of its Workforce group.
These roles are Intrinsic to the sucessfull roll-out of Salesforce Service-Cloud implementation and requires individuals who can:
*Coordinate and put together the Trainning strategy and materials for a far reaching audience of users
*Work with the Business change and Comms Leads to ensure that the training plan is aligned
This is not an exhaustive list of requirements, but will certainly require individuals who have the ability to navigate around a large group of stakeholder with differing priorities.
