What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop asset management plans at catchment, site, and system levels to guide investment decisions within AMP cycles
- Apply risk-based approaches to prioritise capital maintenance interventions that meet operational and regulatory goals
- Maintain oversight of asset performance and use lifecycle insights to inform proactive mitigation strategies
- Contribute to long-term planning by surfacing emerging asset risks and shaping investment proposals for future price reviews
- Lead best practice adoption in asset planning and embed lifecycle-focused thinking across cross-functional teams
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Expertise in asset management or engineering-related disciplines.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for driving strategic transformation.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and the environmental landscape.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
- Proven problem solver, constantly seeking innovative solutions.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience, professional membership a plus.
