He has spearheaded a global operating model transformation across 7,000+ colleagues, embedding a culture of data-driven decision making and standardising performance frameworks. He has led the consolidation of technology and operational frameworks across multiple markets and business lines, achieving significant efficiency gains and enhancing service delivery.  Nitesh has also defined and rolled out new governance structures, integrating platforms, processes, and training to uplift adoption and compliance across enterprise systems.
